2. About Our Products

Rare Pulls UK sells Pokémon mystery packs containing professionally graded Pokémon cards. Each pack contains one graded card selected from our curated pools. Due to the nature of mystery packs, the specific card you receive is randomised and cannot be chosen or guaranteed. The value of the card you receive may be more or less than the purchase price of the pack.

3. Orders & Payment

• • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT.
• • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via tracked shipping. A flat shipping rate of £2.99 applies to all UK orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist with tracking and enquiries.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the randomised nature of our mystery packs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on the card you receive. If your pack or card arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to help. See our Refund Policy for full details.
